By-laws will be instituted in order to define and delineate the roles and responsibilities of the structures as well as the individuals working across them

The Foundation is not owned by an individual, family members or friends but will instead be established as an independent entity in USA

Foundation will be governed and managed as well as established as per relevant laws & regulations of USA & will be structured around a board, management & advisory groups, founding/general members & staff

• Institute Best Practice fund allocation & disbursement schedules to ensure funds are applied towards their stated purposes

• Provide transparent access to members regarding allocations & disbursements of budgets vis-a-vis project proposals
